What is the Track Conversion Feature from In Cart Upsell?

The new Track Conversion feature will enable merchants to track their real-time store’s conversions. The tracking will happen from adding products from the cart to the checkout. The tracking will only be for the offers that In Cart Upsell triggered and customers respond to and not the entire purchases from the store outside of the offers. The old reporting looked like this:

In Cart Upsell will now track real-time analytics which will be helpful for the merchant to understand which offers are performing the best. The new Track Conversion Feature will be accessed from the dashboard as shown below:


A merchant can now be able to track their Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly conversions as shown above. If a product is added to the cart, and not converted to a sale, it would not appear on the conversion analytics. However, if a product is added to the cart and converted to a sale, it will be reflected immediately upon the customer checking out.

The new Track Conversion feature will help merchants understand their customer needs better and can use these analytics to make smart decisions about future inventory.
