If you've added the app blocks but the offer still isn't showing, it's often because the blocks were added to a section of your Shopify theme that is hidden.
A hidden section is one that is disabled or not currently visible on your Shopify store, as indicated by a crossed-out eye icon in the Theme Editor. Since hidden sections are not displayed to shoppers, any app blocks within them will also remain hidden, preventing the offer from showing on your store.
Here’s an example of what that looks like:
To Fix This:
Drag the app block to a visible area of your theme.
Ensure that the section you move it to is not hidden, allowing the widget to display properly on your Shopify store.
Recommended Positions:
Product Page: Below or above the Buy Now or Add to Cart buttons.
Cart Page: At the top of the page, below the items in the cart, or above the Checkout button.
